Hello! My name is Alicia Russell, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. I received my Masters in Counseling from Houston Baptist University in 2015, and my Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University in 1992.
It is my goal to help you work through what issues you bring to me, and I would like us to work collaboratively in resolving any other issue(s) which might arise. I will treat you with the utmost professionalism and respect and your success is most important. I am honored at the opportunity you have given me to resolve your or your child’s mental health care needs. I work for you.
I expect us to plan our work together. In our treatment plan we will list the areas to work on, our goals, the methods we will use, the time and money commitments we will make, and some other things. I expect us to agree on a plan that we will both work hard to follow. From time to time, we will look together at our progress and goals. If we think we need to, we can then change our treatment plan, its goals, and its methods.
